Saturday, 12-26-09, Chicago: Dozens of people picketed the Egyptian consulate on Chicago's Gold Coast this afternoon to demand that the Egyptian government allow humanitarian aid and human rights advocates with Viva Palestina and the Gaza Freedom March to enter Gaza. The Egyptian government has cowtowed to the U.S. and Israeli governments and stranded tons of aid and hundreds of human rights advocates outside of the Gaza Strip.
