1,500 people gathered at Congress Parkway and Michigan Avenue to protest the 10th anniversary of the beginning of the US war in Afghanistan -- the longest war in U.S. history. At the end, hundreds marched to the Occupy Chicago/Occupy Wall Street picket at Jackson and LaSalle St.
