4. **Seats are "officially" reserved when your check is received at this address, provided there are still seats available.** When you're payment is received, provided there is room on the bus, you will be sent an email or contacted by phone to confirm your registration. See "What if the Bus Gets Full" section, below.
5. **Enclose your name, email and phone number with your payment**. This will allow us to notify people in the event that the first bus is full and there are not enough participants for a secont bus. (So you can make other travel arrangements).

What if the Bus Gets Full:
We will hold incoming checks, while we wait to see if there are enough registrants to warrant securing another bus. If we get enough - those who've missed the first will ride on the second bus. If we don't - we'll notify people so they can make other travel arrangements.

Donations Being Accepted (urgent):
The cost of the Bus has risen $1000 since we mailed our initial appeal out, however we will hold the price at the $80 price, as initially quoted. This means we really need some donations, to offset this unexpected expense.
If you're not able to travel, but would like to support those who can, We Encourage You to Send a Donation. These funds will be used to help with expenses, and provide scholarship funds to some who are in need.
To Make a Donation:
Write "DC Bus Donation" in the memo line, and
