With recent advances in computer technology, anyone can produce feature-length, broadcast quality audio from their computer, with low-cost (and sometimes no-cost) equipment and software. Join us on Saturday to learn more! This skillshare is a hands-on opportunity to learn how to gather sound in the field, write for radio and mix a finished product. Check out a range of mics, recording devises and audio editing tools, plus learn more about script-writing, techniques to pitch your story and get it on the air, and more.

Please RSVP to attend, since space is limited. Contact Chicago Indymedia radio volunteer Rita Sand at 708-749-1819 to register.
