For the past ten years, researchers at Oregon Health and Science University have collaborated with the National Women's Law Center to produce a Women's Health Report Card. The data collected from many sources is used to develop status indicators and assess public policy options, like restricting tobacco sales and use, for example, which resulted in a drop in smoking among women.
