Benefits of "Stimulus Jobs" Could Be Offset by Forced Health Insurance Proposals

Historically declining or non-appreciating home values have impacted construction, manufacturing jobs, financial institutions and home selling prices, dependent on a stable housing market.
The expected economic benefits from creating "Stimulus Jobs" could be offset by Government Forced Health Insurance Proposals. The Obama Government used billions of Taxpayer Dollars to prop up Banks after the Sub-Prime Mortgage Collapse. The Obama Government has included in its health proposals (Surcharges, Taxes, Taxpayer Insurance Cost Exclusions, and Penalties) that may prevent Middle Class Home Buyers Qualifying For Mortgage Loans: those mandated charges could both undermine home buyers and the value of homes that secure bank loans.

Historically declining or non-appreciating home values have impacted construction, manufacturing jobs, financial institutions and home selling prices, dependent on a stable housing market.

Americans that own mortgaged homes, but have no money to buy forced health insurance and are deemed Not poor by government for subsidized health insurance, might have to sell their homes to pay for health insurance or penalties?
