On January 29, 2008, the “Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces” attempted to hold a fundraising movie showing at the Lake Shore Theater. They were met by hundreds of Palestinians and solidarity activists who staged a militant protest outside the venue. We need to meet them with the same intensity on October 21st! Bring your family and friends to this protest! This will be a legal and nonviolent protest. We are requesting that the National Lawyers Guild have legal observers present and that endorsing organizations assist with security for this action.

This protest is being organized by the Chicago chapters of the International Solidarity Movement and the Palestine Solidarity Group.
