Protesting the 6th anniversary of the war in Iraq, a march through Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood took place on March 14, 2009. The marchers decried the laundry list of outrages now endured by working people as a result of the continuing war crimes: diverting of funds from education, community clinics, social support structures; attacks on immigrant workers; the foisting of more militarism onto Palestine, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the list goes on.
