There will be a pep rally at UIC on Sunday, April 5th in support of Chicago's Olympics bid. Those of us who oppose having the Olympics in Chicago must come out to this pep rally and show the IOC how we feel. UIC sent out a mass email to its students informing them about the pep rally. City-wide Pep Rally/UIC visit/Sunday, April 5

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has sent its Evaluation
Commission to Chicago.

On Sunday, April 5, a city-wide pep rally showcasing Chicagoans' support
for the Chicago 2016 bid will take place at UIC.

The Evaluation Commission will be coming by campus. Come out to celebrate
Chicago and demonstrate your Olympic spirit.

Help show the Evaluation Commission the passion of the people of Chicago
to host the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Show your spirit by
