No one wants a neighborhood with a house going into foreclosure or neighbors moving out to leave an abandoned home. But in times like these its hard to avoid, so we must make the best of this urgent situation.

Contact us if you would like this group of friendly, hard-working squatters to move in to extra space in your empty home or neighborhood. We are drug-free, community-oriented young folks inspired to help make change directly without waiting for politicians or others to make decisions for us. We would like to use the house as residential space and open it to be a social space for the neighbors -- to talk about foreclosure and other neighborhood issues or just to be able to share things together.

In the long term there is the potential that we will move families into rehabbed squatted homes when they are safe and livable so we can move on to another project. This would be great if you have multiple properties available.

It would be helpful if you knew any debts to the utility companies and the ownership status of the property. But don't hesitate to get in touch even if you're not the landlord or unsure of the property status.
