If you were arrested or detained (not allowed to leave) at Chicago and Michigan Streets during the antiwar demonstration on March 20, 2003, your lawyers, James Fennerty, Sarah Gelsomino, Janine Hoft, Joey Mogul and Melinda Power, would like to meet with you to discuss the upcoming trial of the Class Action civil rights lawsuit filed on behalf of those arrested and detained. The trial is now set for set for January 26, 2009 in the Federal District Court at 219 S. Dearborn.

We will be available to answer your questions, discuss the lawsuit and plan for the trial.

The meeting will be Saturday, December 13, 2008 from 2-3:30 pm at the Chicago Temple, 77 W. Washington. The meeting is sponsored by the National Lawyers Guild and is open only to those arrested and/or detained during the antiwar demonstration.
