Bruce Dumont usually hosts a Sunday political round table show on Sundays that is live on AM radio, and the taped version airs a few hours later on WYCC-TV 20.

On election night, however, "Beyond the Beltway" airs live only on WYCC 20, no radio simulcast. From 10:30 to Midnight, various guests will take calls from viewers.

The normal parade of right-wing suburbanites that usually call in to Bruce's show doesn't look like it will have as strong a showing without the aid of the simulcast.

It won't change the world, but it would be great if the Chicago LEFT had a presence in the call-in crowd, to add to the debate beyond the usual conservative vs. less-conservative angle his show often has.

Tune in! Over the air it will be on Channel 20, as on most Comcast boxes. The call-in number will be on the screen.
