Shouldn't "Rejected" Iraq War Contractors "Sue" US Govt???

...then all other civilian contractors who were "illegally" shut out of the Iraq War can clain a good portion,if not all of these corrupt Iraq War Profits for themselves!!!
Seeing that the Bush Iraq War was totally instigated and perpetrated on deliberate "Lies",shouldn't this verified fact be enough for all the American civilian contractors, who were denied access to Iraq,to "Sue" the US Govt for damages???

The Bush Govt said that companies like Halliburton were given "No Bid" contracts for the Iraq War because "there was no time" to go through the bidding process due to the "vital immediacy" of that war!
So now that its been proved that there was no "vital immediacy" to this war because Saddam Hussein was no threat and had no "weapons of mass destruction" or anything else, and that this $Trillion Dollar War" was all based on Bush Govt "Lies",shouldn't all those civilian contractors who were shut out and excluded from "Profiting" like Halliburton did on that war,now sue the US Govt for damages and unlawful restriction of trade?
Sure you could make the legal point that Halliburton had no right to profit either on this Bush Regime "Oil War",but Halliburton is not being made to pay any of those $Billions it made off this illegal war, back to the American taxpayers.
So as long as Halliburton and Blackwater etc.can bank enormous profits because of their "Illegal" No Bid contracts, issued only because of their "collusion" with the corrupt Bush Govt (Dick Cheney was the CEO of Halliburton!) then all other civilian contractors who were "illegally" shut out of the Iraq War can claim a good portion,if not all of these Iraq War Profits for themselves!!!
