Benton Harbor, MI - Corporate giants Whirlpool made new progress in their attempt to takeover the only Public beachfront park left in Benton Harbor.

the 'Nation Parks Service' (sic) HYPOCRITICALLY ok'd the corporations 'non-profit arms' plan to turn Jean-Klock Park, the long fought for public nature preserve (see history in links), into a GOLF COURSE!!

the still have the hurdles of the Army Corps of Engineers, which should buckle easily and quickly, and a LAWSUIT (see links for more info).

BUT, the BULLDOZING may begin ANY DAY NOW!
please come help us with our campaign to stop them before it's TOO LATE!
