The Green Party will hold its presidential nominating convention in Chicago on Saturday, July 12. Keynote speakers include athy Kelly, co-founder of Voices in the Wilderness, Malik Rahim, activist working to rebuild New Orleans post Katrina and Omar Lopez, Green Party Congressional candidate and local social justice activist.

The theme will be "Live Green, Vote Green"

* Fighting to end the war in Iraq!
* Advocating for Single Payer Health Care for Everyone!
* Working for open and honest government!
* Protecting the environment for future generations!

Saturday July 12th: Chicago Symphony Center (220 S. Michigan Ave). Doors open: 8am. Event begins at 9am. $30 advance/$50 at door
