Bush Regime made $18 Billion (so far) from Iraq Oil!

The Bush Regime, with its unfettered authority and leverage in the "Puppet" Iraqi Govt. are the only ones who are responsible (guilty) and enabled all that money to go missing.... into their own pockets!
President Bush is right! The Iraq situation is pretty good - well at least for the Bush Regime who "skimmed" or has just plain stolen $Billions from Iraq's oil revenue!
As Alan Greenspan simply put it the Bush Iraq War was really about all about oil, meaning all about "stealing" Iraq's Oil wealth by first instigating an "illegal" war on that country!
Now seeing just how horny the Bush Regime was to get its hands on Iraq's oil wealth, means theres no doubt that Bush's "puppet government" in Iraq was never allowed to get in Bush's way when it came to collecting and spiriting off Iraq's $Billions in Oil Revenues.
Current estimates are that at least $18 Billion that Iraq collected in oil sales since 2004 have gone missing! Its extremely difficult for a "puppet government" skim off huge amounts like $18 Billion Dollars - on the other hand its very easy for the Bush Regime, who are the Authorities and Overlords in Iraq,to make off with those $Billions and more.Bush has the banking connections and lots of cohorts in the US Military to help him in his "Grand Larceny" of Iraq.

Also added to the $18 Billion that Iraq is missing from its oil sales,no one either in Iraq or in the Bush White House can account for the $12 Billion in U.S. "Cash" currency that the Bush Govt.sent to Iraq by way of a US Military jumbo jet, which also was "lost" or went "missing" immediately after it was delivered to Iraq!
Seeing the very high security areas that the US Military has in Iraq for its deliveries,if they don't know what happened to that $12 Billion in Cash, then nobody else knows what happened to it either.
Again the only people in Iraq,at that time who had access to this huge, highly protected pile of cash were the cohorts of the Bush Regime, wether from the State Dept or else the top commanders in the US Military! Some articles have suggested that this 12 Billion was never delivered to Iraq in the first place!

So added up theres at least $30 Billion Dollars gone "missing" from Iraq since Bush instigated his war on that country. The logical conclusion has to be that the Bush Regime, with its unfettered authority and leverage in the "Puppet" Iraqi Govt. are the only ones who are responsible (guilty) and enabled all that money to go missing....into their own pockets!

Crooked State, Crippled Services
While politicians in the protected bubble of the Green Zone argue in circles, rampant graft has left Iraq devoid of any meaningful governance. Transparency International, which monitors corruption worldwide, recently ranked Iraq as the third most corrupt country in the world, ahead of only Burma and Somalia. This fall the government's top anticorruption official sought asylum in the U.S. for fear of assassination; 31 of his employees have been killed in the past three years. Before leaving Iraq, Judge Radhi Hamza al-Radhi estimated that $18 billion in government money had disappeared since 2004. In October he told a congressional hearing in Washington that corruption has affected "virtually every agency and ministry, including some of the most powerful officials in Iraq." Much of the missing money was meant for infrastructure projects and the improvement of basic services. Without that vital investment, Baghdad remains chronically short of electricity, water and gasoline. There are no reliable economic data, but the unemployment rate is thought to be nearly 50%.
Al-Maliki routinely promises to clean up his government, but his tendency to blame the corruption on Saddam Hussein suggests a reluctance to confront unpleasant realities. Al-Maliki has decreed that his office must be consulted before investigators can pursue top officials, and he uses a Saddam-era law to exempt some officials from investigation, prompting suspicions that he is shielding crooked political allies. At the congressional hearing, al-Radhi named the Prime Minister's cousin, former Transport Minister Salam al-Maliki, as a top official who had been protected from investigation.

The Pentagon agency in charge of investigating abuse and fraud in the spending of Department of Defense funds in Iraq actually " quietly left" the country a year ago. The Knight Ridder Washington Bureau reports that both government and public experts say this decision has left large gaps in "the oversight of how more than $140 billion is being spent."
The Defense Department's inspector general sent auditors into Iraq when the war started more than two years ago to ensure that taxpayers were getting their money's worth for everything from bullets to meals-ready-to-eat.
The auditors were withdrawn in the fall of 2004 because other agencies were watching spending, too. But experts say those other agencies don't have the expertise, access and broad mandate that the inspector general has – and don't make their reports public. That means that the bulk of money being spent in Iraq doesn't get public scrutiny, leaving the door open for possible waste, fraud and abuse, experts say.
