I am looking for Chicago activists/radicals/etc. to do interviews about the A-Zone for my master's thesis.
Dear Chicago Activists,
My name is Raechel Tiffe and I am a graduate student at DePaul
University. I'm working towards a master's degree in the Multicultural
Studies program, with a focus on Cultural Resistance Movements. My
thesis is going to be about the infoshop movement in the United
States. To start with, I'm hoping to conduct interviews with local
Chicago-area activists who were involved with the A-Zone. If you or
anyone you know ever worked with the A-Zone or simply hung out there,
I would love to speak with you for my research.
I will try to make it as convenient as possible; I will travel to
wherever you are, and maybe even bring you vegan baked goods in
appreciation. : )
Please pass this message along to anyone who might be interested or
know people that would be interested. I would really really appreciate
the help. I am hoping to conduct most of my interviews before the end
of February.
