Harvest of Hope Winter Farmers' Market and Brunch

Admission to the market is free. Suggested donation for the brunch is $8 adults and $4 children

Browse & buy wool and woolen goods, farmstead milk soap, cheeses, preserves, honey, grass-fed meats, syrup, raw fibers, farm-fresh eggs & more—all grown or produced on family farms or small farm cooperatives in the Midwest. Also Featuring Fair Trade coffee, chocolate, and crafts.

Brunch will be served using farm products purchased directly from participating farmers —reservations are encouraged; call 773.935.0642 or email waucc (at) sbcglobal.net.

Harvest of Hope Winter Farmers’ Markets promote:
economic justice for rural communities, small farmers, and their families; earth stewardship by supporting sustainable farming methods & buying locally; and community & spirituality by connecting urban & rural, farmer & consumer.

All brunch proceeds and 10% of sale proceeds from farmers will be donated to the Harvest of Hope emergency fund for farmers in crisis.

Winter Farmers Markets are a project of Churches’ Center for Land & People: www.cclpmidwest.org, a nonprofit, ecumenical organization operating in the tri-state area (Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa), which started to help rural people since the 1980s farm crisis.

**Wellington Avenue United Church of Christ is accessible by CTA bus and the Red and Brown Lines.
Parking also is available in lots along Broadway, north and south of Wellington.
