On Friday, November 30th, U of C workers will be picketing at the University. Clerical workers, members of Teamsters Local 743, and facilities workers, members of SEIU Local 73, have been denied a fair contract by the University and have begun weekly pickets in response.

Students, activists, and other allies of U of C workers have planned a concurrent picket and press conference at the University's downtown business school, the Gleacher Center. We will be rallying to inform the downtown business and media community about the labor situation at the U of C.
