Guest Geoff Millard, who did a superb job, cleared up some callers' confusion with his political and contextual clarity and revealed why he's a terrific spokesperson for the IVAW, standing with the Veterans Helping Veterans crew - Ken, Ray and Bob
The only TV show by anti-war vets for vets, GI's & their families as well as interested civilians.
Each episode begins with reports of past events and relevant news. Then a guest veteran will field questions from the host and phone calls from the TV audience. We are not focusing on "war stories" but rather on their reasons for enlisting and what effects their military experience has had on them. The show will conclude with announcements of upcoming events.
We hope that Chicago anti-war groups will use this opportunity to gather on a regular basis, get some information and motivation unavailable elsewhere, call-in to exchange information and socialize.
If you're in Chicago, find someone with cable TV. If not, think about doing something similar in your area.
