Chicago SDS and allies have been building for a student feeder march on the 27th, that includes an satirical imperialist bloc open to all. Students are coming in from all over the midwest to participate and it promises to be large and very lively. So we invite all anti-war students and youth to come and participate. Upon arriving at the main rally point we will invite other students to join us to form the student contingent for the main march.

Calling all imperialists! Chicago Students For a Democratic Society cordially invites you to the Imperialist Bloc feeder march for the UFPJ October 27th mobilization.

Tired of boring old political rallies with overly moderate speakers? The Imperialist Bloc wants you! As an anti-imperialist organization, SDS was distressed to learn that an "anti-imperialist bloc" was unwelcome for the most part by organizers. Therefore, we have called for the assembly of a creative bloc of individuals to make an "imperialist bloc" instead, one that prides itself on its brute force and corporate interests. The Imperialist Bloc will march with the student feeder bloc, but by no means would we want this to be a student-only event. We welcome all activists fed up with politics as usual, students or otherwise, to dress as their favorite warmakers, including, but not limited to: kings and queens, CEOs, generals, and, of course, politicians of all stripes (NOTE: the Imperialist Bloc is non-partisan, therefore all Presidential candidates or facsimiles thereof are welcome to perticipate). So come help us bring imperialism to the streets and welcome some of our fellow imperialists on the main stage this October 27th!
