The "House of Screams" run by Police Commander Jon Burge and his cohorts is no longer Chicago's "dirty little secret". Burge led a group of police in unspeakable torture inflicted on Black suspects
during the 1980s and '90s. Yet Burge has not been brought to trial and many still do not know the role played by Mayor Richard M. Daley (State's Attorney Daley at the time). Watch this moving
documentary about the fight to expose this torture and win justice for its victims.
