that fighting bad building problems to be a lost cause. We have rights and the
more we all learn will eventually get the city to change their lack of action.

Building problems? want to leave because place is awful, loud, and have bad
tenants? did owner bully you and lie about you having to sublet? Repairs being
ignored? Tenants telling you not to complain because of their selfish needs?
the unit and the building have to be in a certain condition and your rights do
not get overruled. do you know
what has to be provided and what is illegal and how if your landlord is in the

wrong, and you need a lawyer, they pay your legal fees?
Hello. I am cheaper then tenant groups and will remind you that tenant
attorneys have no power to have your landlord put out of business and maybe
have the building closed. I work faster. Tenant groups charge you 10 percent
of your rent, drag out your horrible situation to earn fees, and do things to

get you evicted. and you never get the settlement you think you can because it
gets reduced. the lawyers probably earn more money in fees then you have. I
cut to chase and can get you fast results. I am not a
lawyer but I help you contact the city and free legal places if needed. I do
