Golinger, author of The Chavez Code, and Bush vs. Chavez: Washington's war on Venezuela, will speak on the Venezuelan revolution, social transformation, and Washington's attempts to overthrow it. She will also talk on the attempts to bring Washington's terrorist, Posada carriles, to justice.
