A TOAST FOR DAN PARRY

Please join Chicago-area activists and friends in remembering our own Dan Parry, in a manner in which he would have approved: with a cold beer, warm company and good conversation.

Dan was a regular member of the Chicago Socialist Party, a tireless advocate and volunteer for Chicago’s New World Resource Center, an activist for international solidarity with the peoples of Colombia and Palestine, an active IBEW union member, and a lifelong activist for working class causes.

Come and join Dan’s friends and comrades on Saturday for a complementary beer, courtesy of the Chicago Socialist Party.

We’ll toast to the hope and promise that Dan inspired.
