On December 6, 2006, the Democrats and Republicans in the House of Representatives put it on the record that they are one party in supporting the murder of Mumia Abu-Jamal by voting 368 to 31 to condemn the decision of St. Denis, France to name a street after Mumia Abu-Jamal. This is clearly a political frame-up of national and international stature as the murderer, Arnold Beverly, has confessed to killing Officer Faulkner, a whistleblower of police corruption on the Philadelphia police force 25 years ago, December 9, 1981

There is lots more evidence of a frame-up in this case. See

The Democratic Party has been heavily involved in the framing of Mumia Abu-Jamal. The Philadelphia district attorney in 1982 who framed Mumia Abu-Jamal was Ed Rendell, an old friend of former Pres. Clinton and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, whose wife is an appellate judge on the Third Circuit US Court of Appeals which is supposed to hear Mumia's appeal. Rendell also presided over the police bombing of the MOVE home in Philadelphia in 1984, resulting in 11 deaths and 65 homes destroyed. Rendell later was mayor of Philadelphia from 1992 to 1999, chair of the National Democratic Committee in 2000 and has been Governor of Pennsylvania since 2003. He ran for mayor on a platform that included promoting the murder of Mumia Abu-Jamal.
To vote Democrat or Republican is to vote for the murder of Mumia Abu-Jamal, for the death penalty, for war, for the murder of the Palestinians, and for capitalism. To oppose the Democrat-Republicans, you must vote socialist or Green.
