On Wednesday, September 20, the Declaration of Peace Chicago organizing group hosts a night of great live music with three local bands: MWC, The Amoreys and BLT. Location: The Kinetic Playground, 1113 W. Lawrence, Chicago. Free parking in back, near the Lawrence Red Line El Stop. $10 donation.

The event launches the Declaration of Peace days of action in Chicago. The Declaration of Peace is a campaign to demand a concrete and rapid plan for an end the US war and occupation in Iraq. If Congress does not legislate a plan by September 21, the International Day of Peace, thousands of people across the US will take action.
