GRANDMOTHER SHOT TWICE WITH TAZER BY NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE TROOPER

A 45 Year Old Grandmother is Tazed By a NH. State Trooper twice in
front of her Grandchildren, ages 1 year and 5 years old, that she was
caring for.

The New Hampshire State Trooper, known as Trooper D., walked into a
Claremont, NH. home and attempted the arrest a 45 year old
grandmother. The State Trooper would not reveal what the grandmother
was being arrested for as he stormed into the livingroom. The
Grandmother, naturally backed up slowly with palms in the air and
facing the State Trooper, and was pleading with him to tell her what
she did wrong. As she backed into her daughter's bedroom the State
Trooper fired his tazer...without warning and ONLY 3 feet away from
her, after he had stepped on the one year old baby. The five year old
was told to take his sister in another room by other attending City
Police Officers.

Witnesses report that the Grandmother went down immediately on her
back and could not move. The State Trooper demanded that she roll over
and she responded that she could NOT move or feel anything. He
retorted, "If you don't roll over, I am going to shoot you again." In
making this statement, the State Trooper immediately fired his Tazer
from a distance of approximately 2 feet away, hitting the already
disabled woman a second time. Witnesses report that it took the woman
nearly 15 minutes before she could stand with the help of City Police
and make it to a chair, and an additional 10- 15 minutes before she
could walk. Still, no one knew what she was being arrested for,
including the City Police on the scene. She was then taken 'straight
to jail' by the same State Trooper, although City Police offered to
take her to the station for booking.

It was later found that this New Hampshire State Trooper has a
"Reputation" for using his Tazer all too often. One individual, who
wishes to remain anonymous, stated: "I bet he (State Trooper D.) has a
record for the most times a Tazer has been used, and his victims are
mostly women."
"We are truly stunned by what this State Trooper has been allowed to
get away with", cited witnesses.
It was a known fact that this women suffers from PTSD or Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder and other means should have been employed
without the additional trauma. Major concern has also arisen regarding
what the 5 year old Grandson who witnessed the ordeal and whether he
will suffer trauma himself.
