     This week's show features stories from China Radio International, Spanish National Radio, Radio Netherlands, Radio Havana Cuba, and the Voice of Russia.
From CHINA- Iran said it can't accept the package of so-called incentives to cease nuclear development until ambiguities are removed. Israeli Prime Minister Ohmert refused to negotiate a release with Palestinians holding an Israeli soldier captive. A reporter describes the affect of Israeli attacks on Palestine.
From SPAIN- A brief report on the uncertain results of the Mexican Presidential election, and in Bolivia a referendum gave newly elected President Morales the right to rewrite the constitution.
  From NETHERLANDS- A Spanish investigation into atrocities in the Guatemalan civil war of the 1980's has been stopped by a Guatemalan judge- Nobel prize winner Rigoberto Menchu had arranged the investigation through a court in Spain. There were many reports on the missile tests launched by N Korea this week- this report was aired on Monday before the test, explaining that the purpose of the test was for putting satellites in space.
 From CUBA- A Viewpoint stating that Israel's massive attacks on Palestine were planned well in advance of the kidnapping of an Israeli soldier, which provided a convenient excuse to reoccupy Gaza. The Daily Telegraph in the UK published a poll of British citizens concerning American attitudes and political beliefs.
From RUSSIA- A commentary on the US government and the Pentagon's proposed air attacks on Iran, despite the lack of solid data showing Iran is developing nuclear weapons.

If you just want to listen and have a slow connection, try the streaming version- lower sound quality but good enough and way easier if you don't have a high-speed internet connection. If streaming is a problem because of your slow connection, download the smaller file- it takes 20 minutes or less, and will play swell in any mp3 player application (RealPlayer, Winamp, Quicktime, iTunes, etc) you have on your computer.
