On Monday, April 17,2006 at 9:00 am the Honorable Judge Kendall in room 1719 of the Dirksen Federal Building at 219 S. Dearborn will rule whether the lawsuit filed on behalf of the over 800 people were illegally detained and/or arrested during the massive protest against the U.S. war on Iraq. A press conference will be held by the Plaintiff's attorneys at 11:00 am in the lobby of the Dirksen Federal Building.
