About Fallujah: Deep Dish TV's gripping new documentary represents the collaboration of Iraqi and American filmmakers to expose the real face of the 2004 U.S. military invasion of Fallujah, as well as its precursors -- and consequences. Commissioned by Code Pink, the filmmaking team did what virtually no other news organization did -- they documented the destruction and death inflicted by the American assault, as well as the sweeping displacement of thousands of Fallujah
residents and their growing opposition to the U.S. occupation.

About The Doctor, the Depleted Uranium and the Dying Children: This award-winning documentary, produced for German television, exposes the use and impact of radioactive weapons during the current war against Iraq. 'The Doctor' opens with interviews of two British veterans describing their exposure to radioactive "depleted" uranium (DU) weapons and their children's resulting congenital abnormalities, and then follows the trajectory of DU illnesses among Iraqi civilians, all within the larger framework of the politics of war that drive the use of these weapons -- and the medical professionals that are fighting to expose the consequences. Produced by Ochowa-Film for WDR. Distributed in the U.S. by Traprock Peace Center (www.traprockpeace.org)

(The Doctor, the Depleted Uranium and the Dying Children" is an award-winning film by Frieder Wagner and Valentin Thurn, shown on German Public Television, distributed in the U.S. by Traprock Peace Center, www.traprockpeace.org, (c) 2004 Telepool.)
