Nonprofit TV stations can showcase potential Congressional candidates on program-length TV---FREE. Expose the 30-second spot attack ads as PAC-paid, corrupt and for perpetual incumbents only. Honest candidates will use program-length TV to win elections on merit--not money.

Congress can't run in 2006 without 30-second TV ads----CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN and Fox won't spin doctor any politicians who don't feed corrupted money into their ad sales dept. Meanwhile, any independent TV station who can make it on pledge drives can expose the Washington/Hollywood corruption traffic with program-length campaign airtime to Napsterize---give away FREE---campaign airtime to honest, non-corruptible candidates to run against scandalized incumbents and win!
