Carlos A. Cortez, artist,activist and poet passed on yesterday at 7:44 P.M. at his home. Today he will be cremated. There will be a ceremony and memorial this Saturday, January 22, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. According to Carlos wishes this is the only ceremony that will take place.

Carlos home is: 2654 N. Marshfield St. (one block west of Ashland and half block south of Diversey)
