URGENT: The Integrity of Our Democracy and The Congressional Challenge
January 2005

Dear Senators and Representatives,

On January 6th, 2005: YOU get to vote.
On November 2nd, 2004: Millions of us were cheated out of OUR vote.

WE the People Vote: For Non-Ratification of the Electoral College votes that
support an illegitimate presidency and further the
precedence of undemocratic elections in the U.S.

WE the People Vote: For a Full Judiciary Investigation of the mass election fraud
and for the Full Prosecution of those guilty of election fraud
felony crimes.

WE the People Vote: For the Abolishment of Our Corrupt Voting System in favor of
paper ballots, local precinct hand counting, and nonpartisan, uncompromised election officials.

WE the People Vote: For DEMOCRACY today, tomorrow, and always.

This matter is NOT about Democrats vs Republicans. Our very democratic system has been attacked. On November 2nd, a crime was committed against all Americans.

Will you, Congressmen and Congresswomen, stand up for people with families, the disabled, the elderly, hard-working citizens, and young people casting their first presidential vote? We are the thousands who stood hours in line and were still unable to vote. Available to you are all the facts, numbers, and documentation needed to challenge the fraud. But are we able to verify our patriotic outrage? Can we prove our commitment to a government chosen by the people and not by criminals? Will we cry for the future generations of Americans if we do less than our highest potential as the most powerful country in the world is being hijacked by those who care nothing for you, me, or democracy? Because we do truly care, then ALL OF US - Democrats, Republicans, and citizens of all loyalties - must unite behind the very thing that calls us to defend our beliefs and be here today. Please consider, is the very reason you decided to run for your first political office now the opportunity if not duty before you on January 6th? Can Congress accept working with colleagues who gained their seat through illegal methods, from manipulation of technology to the descendents of Jim Crow? Nobody wins in a rigged election hidden in the illusion of democracy. But united, with God's blessing, we may carry together the power to right this wrong.
