The Defense Intelligence Agency Is Waging War On Americans (Details)

Over the past three years, I have attempted to bring this news to Americans.  In exchange for my efforts I have been targeted by the very program I have sought to expose.  It has been difficult enough enduring the DIA's harassment without harassment coming from those whom one would think sympathetic to my message, but unfortunately not all is at it seems in dissident America.  I cite, for example, Boston IndyMedia, New York IndyMedia, DC IndyMedia, and Kansas City IndyMedia as perfect examples of COINTELPRO dupes.

Boston IndyMedia has attempted to portray the DIA's war on me as the "DeVoy/KOBE war."  DC IndyMedia continually claims that I provide no evidence of my claims, calling for a standard on this issue far stricter that it does on any other issue.  NYC IndyMedia parrots the DIA's line, that these claims are paranoid.

However, let me lay them out once again so that even the least intelligent members of the Boston, DC, and NYC IndyMedia collectives will understand them.  We will begin with a list of facts.

(1) Until May of 2002 I was the director of the programming department at Cycorp, a defense contractor in Austin, Texas.

(2) I worked on various projects, for Cycorp, which belonged to John Poindexter's Information Awareness Office.

(3) I met twice with John Poindexter at the Information Warfare Office of Syntek in Washington, D.C.

(4) While attending a management meeting at Cycorp, the President of the corporation presented to us an offer for a contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency.  The project entailed setting up a team of employees to wage cyber warfare against websites deemed to belong to "enemies of the state."  These enemies were domestic.

(5) I vociferously opposed the project and was ensured that we would not pursue it.

(6) I was immediately harassed for being an anarchist and an online harassment program against me began.  That project has been traced back to Cycorp.  This is not speculation.  I provide proof below.

(7) I was removed from Cycorp shortly thereafter, following a visit from two agents of the Defense Intelligence Agency.  I was the first person they met at Cycorp.  They asked me pointedly if "I liked my job at Cycorp" and then they met with Douglas B. Lenat (president of Cycorp) and Mary Shepherd.

(8) Once I left Cycorp, I traced much of the harassment back to military IP addresses.  I filed a complaint with the Defense Intelligence Agency.  They assigned a case number and told me they were investigating it.  I never heard back from them.

(9) The harassers targeting me put up a website and called it "KOBEHQ."  They openly declared that they had military personnel assisting them.  In addition to harassing me, they organized randomly recruited individuals, attracted to their anti-Muslim stance and their pornography to assist in waging cyber warfare on Islamic and Arab forums.  Their stated goal was to cause all such forums to shut down or to require user registration.  Their goal was to stop all anonymous posting on Islamic and Arab forums within the United States.

(10) After largely succeeding at the above goal, they next targeted Anarchists.  They targeted Sherman Austin of Raise the Fist and put him in jail.

(11) They targeted my anarchist websites and forced me, through the overhead of harassment, to shut them down.

(12) They harassed various other anarchists whom I shall refrain from naming at the moment and anarchist list servers.

(13) Next, they attacked IndyMedias nationwide.  Boston IMC immediately capitulated to their demands.  Specifically, to delete anything I published.  Boston IMC assisted them in harassing my employers by not removing calls by the DIA to harass my employers.  NYC IMC and DC IMC have worked hand in hand to meet the requests of the DIA's KOBEHQ project.

I warned everyone, as well as I could, at the beginning that KOBEHQ's attacks on Muslims would be followed by attacks on other groups.  When they attacked Anarchists, I warned that they would expand to attack others.  They now claim to have shut down various IMC websites.  Boston IMC continues to cooperate with them.

Personally, I think the activist community should be ashamed of not rising to the occasion to defend Islamic and Arab websites.  You have allowed the fascist genie out of the bottle and it has gained strength.  You are next on their list.

Proof that KOBEHQ is Cycorp

I have copious proof that KOBEHQ is Cycorp.  Much of that proof relies on my own knowledge of information flow between KOBEHQ and Cycorp.  I also have a statement from a web host that hosted my website that KOBEHQ identified itself to them as Cycorp and that they verified this.

However, what I find most compelling in terms of providing proof to casual readers is a simple spoofed photograph.  The manager of the CycSecure Project is Cyndy Matuszek.  CycSecure is used in reverse by StratCom to wage cyber warfare outside of the United States of America.  Cyndy Matuszek reported to me at Cycorp.  She entered my office one day, without my consent, and snapped a picture of me with her digital camera.  That picture was never posted online in its original form.  However, during the RNC in New York, it was posted on NYC IndyMedia in doctored form.  The furniture visible in the picture is my desk chair at Cycorp.   The glasses I am wearing were only worn at Cycorp.  The rest of the picture has been doctored for defamation purposes.  This proves that KOBEHQ is Cycorp.  Given what I know from first hand experience at Cycorp, Cycorp is working for the DIA.
