When a group of people get together to deny someone else's rights, that is criminal conspiracy.

Whether it's to keep the person from worshipping God according to his own beliefs, or to deny him the opportunity to earn his own living according to his abilities, or to prevent others from purchasing his creations, whether it is called "blacklisting," "psychic dictatorship," "freemasonry," Nazism, "Scientology," APA, AMA, or any other bully group, it's the same cowardly pack mentality best exemplified by the Ku Klux Klan.

I have experienced all these and many more. My copyrighted song "Watching the Whales" was used as the soundtrack for a reportedly pornographic video (I've never seen it), and the untold thousands in sales assigned to those who illegally and wrongfully claimed authorship and performance rights.

As FEMA moved in to take over NPR in the Eighties, the extent of the deliberate blacklisting of outspoken announcer/producers became legendary.
