TV news is reporting that the CTA board voted to delay the 20% service cuts at the board meting held today. The CTA is hoping that the state legislature will allot more money to the CTA during the general assembly. If that money is not allotted, the CTA board members say they will have to make even more drastic cuts of up to 40% of service.
