The Pianist/composer/producer has produced Volume I (of many to come) collections
of his compositions that are songlike, but orchestrated with specific details
that result in a cluster of styles often heard in the modern music scene. Crossover
R&B, new wave jazz vocals, or just contemporary jazz fusion; many people have
raved over his style and his delivery. William has performed with many notable
recording artist including The Dells, Melba Moore, The Marvelettes, Martha Reeves,
The Platters, and the Coasters. He also developed a great deal of studio
experience, working alongside today’s modern producers and artist including Seal and
Darrell Debarge to name a few. Mr. Kurk’s work has loaned itself to prove that what
the people want is not always what’s only on mainstream radio.

Cherisse Scott

www.cdbaby.com/cd/cherissescott

Nominated: “Best Female Vocalist”. Nominated: “Best Songwriter” (The Chicago
Music Awards 2003) A mixture of vocals and poetry is what Cherisse Scott’s CD
“Moans” portrays. And the title is so fitting as she has an extensive background in
Opera, Gospel, R&B, Jazz, and Soul music. This talented artist possesses a sultry
tone that is reflected in her cumulated music dialects. Cherisse has been
singing all her life starting with the piano and maneuvering in to Music Theater. She
now holds a spot at The Black Ensemble Theater as a vocal impersonator of
nostalgic Recording Artist. Se has also shared the stage with such artist as India
Arie, Common Sense, and Mary Mary just to name a few. She has also toured many major
cities and has debuted her CD both nationally and internationally

Kat Victoria

Intimate and inspiring is what Kat Victoria brings to this music scene. She is a
vocalist, a songwriter and an actor. After years of performing with R&B Funk
band Rated F, this powerhouse is seasoned to perfection thanks to a dash of spices
from her mentors like Melba Moore, Martha Reeves and George Paco Patterson.
Having performed throughout the East Coast (Lincoln Theatre (DC), Lyric Theatre (MD),
Carpenter Center (VA), Apollo Theater (NY)and the Midwest (Hollywood East (IL),
Baxter’s Gin Mill (IL), DuSable Museum (IL), Marriott (IL), The Regal Theatre
(IL), The Black Ensemble Theater (IL), Kat Victoria is ready to take the world by
storm with soul, money, and sass and, above all, class.
