CHICAGO, October 20, 2004 - Watch This!,
a feature length multi-perspective meditation
on the nature of political and creative dissent
and the government's response in a post 9-11 world,
premieres at the Gene Siskel Theater
in Chicago on Tuesday October 20, 2004
at 9:00PM
at 164 North State Street.

Shot almost exclusively during the RNC, Watch This! provides first-person camera narratives from Critical Mass, the Mouse Bloc, UFPJ and A31, amongst others.

"Documentaries like Watch This! are all about raising awareness,--especially now--right before this election," said the Glass Bead Collective. "Watch This! weaves together personal journeys and the First Amendment in action, and arrives at some alarming conclusions."

Shot, edited, and produced in 40 days, “Watch This!” will distributed for FREE (www.glassbeadcollective.org) as a high-quality download using traditional web sites as well as file-sharing technologies, such bit-torrent.

Watch This! is produced by Glass Bead Collective (GBC) – a multi-disciplinary non-profit art collective. GBC is also compiling an accessible open-source archive of footage from the RNC and other events for use in other non-commercial projects; our way of doing (non) business.
