9/11 Whistleblowers Show Need For Further Investigation

Government whistleblowers have emerged from 9/11 making allegations of espionage, prior knowledge and other crimes within federal agencies & the FBI. I have stated on numerous occasions way more than prior knowledge is provable. This only solidifies my point.

At least 48 former and current government employees have come forward since the 9/11 commission issued its final report and brought forth knowledge and recommendations of much further investigations. The whistleblowers learned of each other from the 9/11 investigation, and numerous gave testimony to the commission & Congress. They were critical of the commission's report, stating it did not reflect their testimony of the events, and participation by some individuals within the government, most of all failing to hold any of individuals responsible accountable. Powerful individuals, unaccountable to anyone.

"People are at the root of this problem," Melvin Goodman, who worked at the CIA for 41 years as a division chief and currently at the Center for International Policy, stated. He stated "People in the American government helped to create this tragedy. Until we understand that and get to the bottom of this, the chances of another 9/11 will remain." Having tried to warn people ever since 9-11 that EXPLOSIVES not the planes brought down building 1,2 & 7 of the WTC, it is obvious there was fore knowledge. Explosive experts take weeks and or months to execute controlled demolition of buildings. Now in WTC building 7 they’re going to tell us someone carried explosives into burning buildings, placed, sequenced & timed, explosives while the building burned around them in 7 hours. I don’t think so! Mr. Silverstein current leaseholder of the WTC admitted he gave the order to “pull” WTC building 7 in a controlled demolition.

A letter released Monday, by Goodman & numerous former federal workers stating the commission's report "deliberately ignores officials and civil servants who were, and still are, clearly negligent and/or derelict in their duties to the nation." Critical of Congress for not having intelligence and national security information, as well as officials with knowledge and corruption by participation, the group testified with recommendations of sweeping reform, although I feel trials for treason are much more applicable.

Creating a new post of a national intelligence director will only expand government bureaucracy in a feel good effort that only destroys freedoms and taxes the people. "The (9/11) report simply does not get at key problems within the intelligence, aviation security and law enforcement communities…,” "If these individuals are protected rather than held accountable, the mindset that enabled 9-11 will persist, no matter how many layers of bureaucracy are added, and no matter how much money is poured into the agencies" stated Goodman. Proving my point of feel good legislation.


Former officials of the military, CIA, FBI, Energy Departments, Federal Aviation Administration, Homeland Security, and Customs Service, signed the letter and sent to the Senate and House committees on Intelligence, Judiciary, Armed Services and Government Reform. “Some of you have documentation of wrongly concealed facts and analyses that, if brought to light, would impact heavily on public debate regarding crucial matters of national security, both foreign and domestic… "We urge you to provide that information now, both to Congress and, through the media, to the public," concealed information I have shown proving government involvement in the events of 9-11.

A group has been created to support whistleblowers and offer free legal counsel from the American Civil Liberties Union as well as advice from the Project on Government Oversight. Goodman asks that that the inspectors general should investigate several agencies to determine whether individuals should be held responsible for failures in relation to the attacks. He ask : "Where are these IG reports? Where is the accountability process?…" "That was nearly two years ago…" I believe the 9-ll Commission as nothing more than a modern day Warren Commission on a much smaller scale. Won’t the American people awaken and demand action? Doesn’t anyone care they are destroying our Freedom and our Country? Why aren’t the streets of Washington, DC filled with people demanding the truth? Demanding officials be brought to justice, demanding they pay for their treason!

Allegations of intentional cover-ups and multiple of wrongdoing within government agencies were made by the whistleblowers. Numerous of those making these allegations called on other to come forward with information exposing the participation and prior knowledge by other officials.

John Cole, former FBI intelligence specialist, alleges a possible spy worked in the FBI's Washington field office as a language specialist, gave sensitive information to officials working at a foreign government's embassy in Washington. In an interview Monday, Cole declined to name, the individual. Might I wonder if the embassy would be a Middle Eastern embassy? Might I dare point a finger at the Israeli Embassy? Indications are exactly that. Neo-conservatives strike another blow for their cause.

Cole, is now doing counterintelligence work for the Air Force after leaving the FBI. He requested a full investigation of the individual, but the bureau refused an investigation, and the individual has since left the FBI and now works for another agency, Cole recommended the investigation August 2003 of the individual accused of spying.

Cole said he was "extremely displeased" individuals at the FBI were not held responsible. The 9/11 commission's report did not hold any one accountable and "If nothing is done now, we can expect that there will be future attacks here." With such admissions it is easy to see how further “attacks could be used to further more police state legislation and even postpone and or cancel elections, bring in martial law proposed by former General Tommy Franks.

The FBI declined to comment on Cole's allegations Monday.

Tom Devine, said hundreds of whistleblowers have contacted his organization, the Government Accountability Project, of which he is legal director. Mr. Devin stated: "Secrecy enforced by repression is a severe threat to national security because it sustains bureaucratic negligence that leaves us vulnerable to tragedies." Tragedies I feel would hurl us headlong into a deeper police state. Many do NOT realize the absolute destruction of our Constitution achieved by The Patriot Act, and Patriot Act II.

These “laws” considering FBI “Project Megiddo” that named Christian, Patriots and Constitutionalists as “probable terrorists”, could now be easily branded as “enemy combatants” under The Patriot Act. “Enemy Combatants” may be arrested without warrant, have NO Constitutional Rights to: council, trial, knowledge by others of their arrest, and may be held incognito INDEFINATELY, until the “War on Terrorism is over” which could be NEVER.

Mr. Devine stated "If 2002 was the year of the whistleblower, 2004 is the year of the gag," and indicated many whistleblowers had been or would be in jeopardy of being fired. With such action it is doubtful many, except the truly strong and courageous defenders of freedom, would dare come forward. Pray for our country, and that may God forgive US.
