Please come to court and support Aaron Patterson, one of four men pardoned by Governor Ryan who is now being targeted by state officials to dammage his credibility because he is the main witness against Former Police Commander Jon Burge. In 1993 Jon Burge was fired for operating a torture ring of detectives that used electro-shock, suffocation, burnings and beatings, to force confessions from over 100 Black and Latino men. The day that Aaron Patterson was arrested, it was announced that after a decade, Burge was being forced to Chicago to testify in Aaron’s multi-million dollar civil suit. This is no coincidence. Aaron’s struggle is all of our struggle. Stand up and fight!
