The Committee on Pilipino Issues (CPI), Palestine Solidarity Group (PSG), Colombia Action Network (CAN) and The All African Peoples Revolutionary Party (AAPRP) invite you to enjoy an afternoon of live music, dance, poetry, spoken word and food from throughout the World!

Songs of Freedom is an afternoon of cultural expressions that speak of our common struggles as oppressed peoples of the world. Through music, poetry, spoken word, food and dance we will share our stories with you and present the many faces struggling for social justice, human rights and liberation.

When: Sunday, July 25, 2004, 3pm-7pm.

Where: The Wild Hare. 3530 N. Clark St., Chicago,Illinois.

Suggested donation: $5 with plugger, $7 at the door.

Performances by: Ydnac (Haiti), Sanabel Debka Troupe (Palestine), CWA (Cameroon), Bagwis (Philippines).

Invited Guests: Gihad Ali, Buggin Malone from the American Indian Movement, Lani Montreal and 500 Nations.
