Bill Cantanada, McDonald's CEO died last night of a heart attack, however, there are rumors now surfacing that he made have died from complications of mad cow disease after eating an infected Big Mac at the corporate office during a board meeting.

"It is with great sadness that I announce that Bill died last night," stated Lena Meeteeter, senior VP of Marketing at Mc Donald's, "He was a great man stricken by a horrible disease, I mean, by a heart attack. By the way, we would also like to announce that some of the beef from Big Macs during 4/1 and 4/15 was kind of bad. We can't disclose exactly what it had, but just think 'pissed off moooooooooo'. So if you ate a Big Mac between 4/1 and 4/15, please go see a doctor just in case. Good luck."

The Center For Disease Control and the Department of Health Services are both looking into the possibility of Big Macs having mad cow disease. "There is no way that Big Mac's have mad cow disease." stated Ted Clean, a senior official with the CDC, "There is no beef in them to hold any mad cow disease! Up until a year ago, I had no idea there was any beef in a Big Mac at all. Anyhow, we are running tests currently just in case. We are still saying it is safe to eat Big Macs."

Mr. Cantanda was elected Chief Executive Officer of the company back in 1997 when he won a nationwide contest where contestants ate the most amounts of Big Macs in one seating. "This guy could eat Big Macs," stated a friend of Mr. Cantanada who wished to remain anonymous, "I think he ate like 67 Big Macs in under 10 minutes. After that, the Board of Directors approached him for the CEO job. He accepted immediately. He was a complete Big Mac nut!"

Mr. Cantanada is given credit for increasing sales of Big Macs during the late 90's. "This guy almost doubled the sales of Big Macs," stated another friend of Mr. Cantanada who works for Burger King and whishes to remain anonymous, "He beat the hell out of us in sales last year. But I think a lot of that increase came from his own personal consumption of Big Macs. Anyhow. I'll miss the guy."

The funeral service of Mr. Cantanada will be held at his favorite Mc Donalds location in Arizona, where he spent most of his time eating Big Macs. Ronald McDonald will be presiding over the services.
