Sunday, April 18, 9 AM to 7 PM
Quilombo Cultural Center, 1753 N. Kimball
(North Ave. bus route #72 to Kimball Ave.)

WHAT:
The 24-hour class will teach you first aid skills for protecting the health of people during direct actions and protests, including treating injuries due to chemical weapons commonly used by police.

WHY:
Because well-trained Street Medics become increasingly important as our social change movements experience more violent attempts to silence dissent.

Because healthcare is a right, not a privilege.

WHO:
You! The training is open to all, regardless of past experience/education.

COST:
$0 - 50 donation for supplies for training and future medic work
