the prisoner will enter a no reture situation upon entry to the voluntary suicide booth where upon he will be stapped into a secure position for the bullet to be fired by the prisoner from point blank range by pressing a button, the bullet will enter the left temple and exit the right temple whereupon the bullet will be encased in a steel tube rendering it harmless to the witnesses present.
