The African American Fire Fighters League of Chicago and the Faith Community of Saint Sabinas are calling on Chicago's progressive community to join with them for a rally against racism in the Chicago Fire Department.

The rally is being called to condemn the racial slurs that have been broadcast over the fire deparment radios and to express our outrage at the accusation by James E. McNally, president of the Chicagto Fire Fighteres Union Local 2, that the African American fire fighters in the department were "fanning the flames" by speaking out against these injustices.
