The league is targeting campuses throughout Chicago this spring (see schedule below), spreading the lie that fetuses are more important than women and promoting their REAL agenda: keeping women in their "traditional, god-given role" of passive care-givers, mothers, obedient wives, and the rest of that bullshit.

Jack commented that "the Pro-Life Action League may be relatively young --24 years old-- but the ideas it fights to keep alive are ancient and decaying. These people, who profess to support the 'right to life,' in fact uphold and promote relations between men and women which do nothing more than ensure that half of humanity lives in fear and subjugation. It is clear that very top sections of the U.S. ruling class have embarked on a coordinated quest to wrap traditions' chains ever tighter around us."

Anti-choice, fundamentalist movements are supported and backed by the highest levels of government who are on a frightening quest to enforce an ever more repressive climate and morality as they seek to fortify their top-dog position in the world. As Mary Lou Greenberg of the Revolutionary Communist Party has said, "Without the ability to control whether or not she has children, a woman cannot fully and equally participate in society. Whether women are to be free or enslaved is the issue in this battle."
