REMEMBERING A MARTYR OF SOCIAL JUSTICE

The Amor de Dios United Methodist Church will celebrate an ecumenical service, to commemorate the 24 years of martyrdom, of Monse�or Oscar Arnulfo Romero

This event will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at 5:00pm at The United Methodist Church Amor de Dios located at 2356 S. Sawyer Chicago, IL 60623

Father Charles Down, pastor of St. Pious Catholic Church, Reverend Jose Landaverde, UMC pastor of Amor de Dios, Reverend Oscar Carrasco, of Connectional Ministries UMC and other clergy from different denominations, will celebrate this service.

We will remember Monse�or Romero, as one of the people who are on this earth to plant the seeds of social change with the spirit of God.
