This fundraiser is to help the Pink Bloque organize for the March for Women's Lives on April 25th, 2004 in Washington D.C. It is also to draw attention to the continuing need to fight for women’s reproductive rights such as: access to affordable and adequate health care for all mothers and children, freedom from coercive government programs that discourage women of color from having children, and safe and affordable birth control for all women.

There will be tons of information on reproductive rights from local organizations and a variety of opportunities to arrange transportation to Washington D.C. for the April 25th March for Women’s Lives.

The Pink Bloque will be attending the march in Washington D.C to show our support for the right of all women to have autonomy over and control of their bodies in matters of reproductive choice and general health care.

So come out, get edutained, and shake that tail for choice!
