Looney Libertarians at it again?

According to Kohn and the Looney Libertarians the Republican Party never has been Conservative!
Friday, January 23, 2004

According to Libertarian Party Senate candidate, Jeremy Kohn, ["Bush may be thoroughly GOP, but he is not conservative,"], George Bush may be Republican but he's no conservative.

In fact, according to Kohn and the Looney Libertarians the Republican Party never has been Conservative. According to these wackos, Abraham Lincoln ran on a Republican Party platform of anti conservative federally financed "internal improvements" and then used the civil war as an excuse for jailing people without trial or due process.

These wackos conveniently forget to mention that internal improvements included navigable waterways and post roads specifically provided for in the U.S. Constitution. They also forget to mention that those jailed without trial were rebel soldiers captured on the field of battle in uniform or spies captured out of uniform during hostilities and arrested under military courts and law which has always been permitted during wartime.

When I first met Kohn, he introduced himself and said his last name was pronounced "Caaan" but spelled "Kohn," but I shouldn't worry because he wasn't a Jew. He went on to tell me that when he last ran for office he had a good laugh because some Jews had sent him contributions thinking he was one of their own. I told him that I didn't think for one minute that he was a Jew because today was a Jewish holy day and religious Jews, like my wife, were praying in their synagogues. Mr. Kohn showed his true anti-Semitic colors that day.

In any event, the Looney Libertarian Party continues to be the proper political party for anarchists, and unrepentant Klansman, Skinheads or Nazis.
